A roundtable discussion reviewing current trends in employee benefit law including:  plan design and financial health, merger and acquisition activity, executive compensation, recent regulatory activity regarding fiduciary standards, fee disclosure, more effective disclosure to participants, and governmental plans.  A discussion of careers in employee benefits will follow.
